Mary Frances Clardy is a Democratic-Farmer-Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 53A in Dakota County, which includes Inver Grove Heights, Sunfish Lake, Lilydale, and portions of West St. Paul and Mendota Heights. Born on November 15, 1958, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she grew up in Burnsville and has served as a teacher for 28 years in St. Paul Public Schools, while also acting as a local leader and disability advocate. Elected in 2022 and re-elected for her second term, she holds notable committee positions including Co-Vice Chair of Education Finance, State Government Finance and Policy, and Veterans and Military Affairs Division.
