Biography

Aaron Bean, born on January 25, 1967, in Fernandina Beach, Florida, is a Republican politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Florida's 4th Congressional District since January 3, 2023. Prior to his tenure in Congress, Bean held various public offices, including City Commissioner and Mayor of Fernandina Beach , member of the Florida House of Representatives , and Florida State Senator , where he served as Senate President Pro Tempore from 2020 to 2022. In December 2024, he was appointed to the influential House Ways and Means Committee.
