Aaron Miller is a former Republican State Representative who served Michigan's 59th District from 2015 to 2021, covering parts of Cass and St. Joseph Counties, including Sturgis, the city of Dowagiac, and several townships such as Calvin, Jefferson, La Grange, Marcellus, Mason, Newberg, Penn, Pokagon, Porter, Volinia, and Wayne. Born in Sturgis, Michigan, he resides there with his wife Alexandria and their two children, Jael and Leah; he is a follower of Christ and member of Grace Christian Fellowship. Miller was first elected in 2014 at age 27, served three terms through the 99th, 100th, and 101st Legislatures, and left office in 2021 due to term limits.
Notable achievements include serving as Vice Chair of the Appropriations Committee, Chair of the Elections and Ethics Committee, and chairs of several Appropriations subcommittees on School Aid & Education, State Police, and Military, Veterans Affairs and State Police. He was ceremoniously sworn into his third term by Michigan Supreme Court Justice Stephen J. Markman.
