About
Aaron Pilkington is a Republican representative for Arkansas House District 45, which includes portions of Johnson and Pope counties. A fifth-generation Arkansan from Knoxville, he is currently serving his fifth term , making him a senior member with 32 years of legislative seniority as of the 95th General Assembly. He works as a health clinic administrator, currently as Regional Vice President of Operations for ARcare , and is a third-generation healthcare administrator. Notable achievements include an ACU conservative score of 89% in his first session, a "30 under 30" award from Red Alert Politics, Arkansas Business “20 In Their 20s” in 2019, and key sponsorship of legislation on economic deregulation, Medicaid patient choice, pro-life measures, financial literacy education, and constitutional carry.
