About
Al Adinolfi
Alfred C. Adinolfi was a Republican member of the Connecticut House of Representatives representing the 103rd District.
Adinolfi was born in Brooklyn, New York, and lived in Cheshire, Connecticut for more than 40 years. He was known as an advocate for military veterans and their families. In 2017, he was inducted into the Connecticut State Veterans Hall of Fame in recognition of his service and dedication to veterans' causes. Adinolfi was a member of the American Legion Post 92 in Cheshire and served on the Cheshire Republican Town Committee for more than 20 years.
Education
Adinolfi attended Pratt Institute in 1957, where he studied mechanical engineering.
Political Experience
Adinolfi served three separate stints in the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing Cheshire from 1998 to 2000, 2003 to 2008, and again from 2011 to 2017, totaling 15 years of service in the state legislature. Prior to his state legislative career, he served four consecutive terms on the Cheshire Town Council and held positions on various town commissions. He also worked as a manager at DNE Technologies.
Before his political career, Adinolfi served in the United States Air Force from 1952 to 1956.
