Al Melvin (11)

Al Melvin is a Republican politician who served in the Arizona Senate, representing Legislative District 11 . Born Albert Anthony Melvin on November 3, 1944, he is recognized for sponsoring legislation to achieve no-kill animal shelters throughout Arizona by 2020 and banning texting while driving. He also served as Vice-Chairman of the Appropriations Committee.
