Allan Ritter

Allan Ritter is a businessman from Nederland, Texas, who served in the Texas House of Representatives representing District 21. He is Chairman and CEO of Triple R Brothers, a Texas-based building materials company. Ritter is married to Peggy and has four children and three grandchildren.

Political Experience

Ritter served in the Texas House of Representatives as a Republican from 1999 until his retirement in 2013, representing District 21. During his nearly 15 years in the legislature, he had a strong electoral record, including five uncontested wins and six victories as an incumbent. His election performance ranged from a best result of 69.7% in 2002 to 53.1% in 1998.

Following his departure from the Texas House, Ritter has remained active in business as Chairman and CEO of Triple R Brothers and serves on boards of directors for various organizations.
