About
Allen Farley is a Republican representing District 15 in the Alabama House of Representatives. Elected in 2010 and serving continuously since then, he resides in McCalla, Alabama, and has a distinguished 36-year career in law enforcement, including roles as Assistant Sheriff of Jefferson County and officer with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Bessemer Police Department . Notable positions include service on the Judiciary Committee, Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee, and former membership on committees such as Transportation, Prison, and Children First Trust Fund. He currently chairs the Auxiliary Board of the Jefferson County Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center and is a member of Grace Life Baptist Church; he is married to Muriel Farley with three daughters and ten grandchildren.
