About

Senator Ally Seifried is a Republican representing District 2 in the Oklahoma State Senate. A ninth-generation Oklahoman born and raised in Claremore, she was first elected to the Senate in 2022. She currently serves as special projects manager in her family's small business and has prior experience in branding, marketing, and as a development specialist for Safenet Services, a domestic abuse and sexual assault prevention agency serving Rogers and Tulsa Counties. Married to JP Seifried, whom she met at Rogers State University, they attend church in Claremore. In her free time, she plays tennis with her USTA team and has a background in basketball, having earned an athletic scholarship.

Education and Political Experience

  • Education: Graduated from Claremore Christian School; earned a degree in political science from Rogers State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude while on a women's basketball scholarship.
  • Political Experience: Elected to the Oklahoma Senate in 2022 ; active in sponsoring legislation, including bills on education scholarships, AI guardrails in schools, and equal opportunity education.
