Alonzo Baldonado is a Republican who represented New Mexico House District 8 from 2011 to 2022. Born on January 29, 1974, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he worked as a real estate broker and served as House Majority Whip from 2015 to 2017. He resigned in December 2021 and was succeeded by Brian Baca; in 2023, he ran for Mayor of Los Lunas, receiving 1,130 votes.
