About

Amanda Stuck is a Democrat representing Wisconsin's 57th Assembly District, based in Appleton, where she is a lifelong resident. Born on December 16, 1982, she was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2014 and serves on committees including Energy and Utilities, Environment and Forestry, Housing and Real Estate, and Jobs and the Economy. Notable achievements include sponsoring bills for family leave, small business seed investment, and employment access; she is committed to quality education, working family financial security, and renewable energy. Previously a full-time legislator, she worked as a housing specialist at the Appleton Housing Authority, legislative aide to former Congressman Steve Kagen, rural mail carrier, and AmeriCorps volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and the Red Cross. She volunteers with the Fox Cities Community Council, United Way 211 Advisory Committee, and local emergency planning, and is co-chair of the Wisconsin Future Caucus. Married with four children.
