Amy Edmonds is a Republican former Wyoming state representative who served House District 12, representing Cheyenne from 2007 to 2013. Born on November 9, 1970, she holds a BA from the University of Wyoming and is married to Harlan Edmonds, who later represented the same district from 2015 to 2016. Notable achievements include her committee roles in Agriculture, State and Public Lands & Water Resources, Minerals, Business & Economic Development, and the State Workforce Investment Board during her legislative tenure. After leaving office, she served as communications and policy director for gubernatorial candidate Sam Galeotos in 2018, director of a public lands advocacy group from 2019-2022, political advisor to former U.S. Rep. Liz Cheney from 2021-2022, and was hired as communications director for Gov. Mark Gordon in 2025.
