Andrew Byrd

Andrew D. Byrd is an American politician born on July 15, 1982. He is a member of the Democratic Party and previously represented the 35th district in the West Virginia House of Delegates, serving from 2014 to 2021.

Education

Byrd holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law.

Political Experience

Byrd served in the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 35 for seven years, from 2014 to 2021. He participated in both the 2018 primary and general elections for his district. Following his tenure in the legislature, he transitioned to legal practice and currently works as an attorney at Warner Law Offices, P.L.L.C.
