Ann Veasman Clemmer is a Republican professor, politician, and public servant from Saline County, Arkansas. She previously represented District 23 in the Arkansas House of Representatives. Notable achievements include sponsoring ethics reform, lottery scholarship reform, public charter schools, Medicaid and unemployment insurance reforms, adoption procedure improvements, and serving as the House sponsor for Arkansas's strongest anti-abortion law in 2013.
