About
Anna MacKinnon , born November 11, 1957, is an American Republican politician from Eagle River, Alaska. She formerly served in the Alaska Senate representing District G from 2013 to 2018, after serving in the Alaska House of Representatives for District 17 from 2007 to 2013. Prior to her legislative roles, she represented Eagle River and Chugiak on the Anchorage Assembly from 1999 to 2007. A notable achievement was her 2012 Senate victory, where she ousted longtime Democratic Senator Bettye Davis in the redrawn district.
