Anthony Delcollo is a Republican former State Senator who represented Delaware's 7th Senatorial District , based in areas including Elsmere and Marshallton Heights, where he has resided for over 30 years. He practices as an attorney specializing in employment law, commercial law, landlord/tenant law, construction litigation, and civil rights/Constitutional law, currently serving as a principal in Offit Kurman's Labor and Employment Practice Group. A notable achievement was his 2016 upset victory over longtime Democratic incumbent Senate President Pro Tempore Patricia Blevins, making him the only newcomer to defeat an incumbent in that election cycle; he credited his success to an early campaign start, constituent outreach, and team support.
