Jim Arciero (2nd Middlesex)

James Arciero is a Democratic representative for the 2nd Middlesex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, serving Westford, Littleton, and parts of Chelmsford since his election in 2008. He has been reelected multiple times, including in 2022 and 2024, and focuses on funding education, transportation, and public safety; protecting reproductive and mental health access; supporting veterans; and promoting economic development through public-private partnerships.

Education and Political Experience

• Education: Earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University .
• Political Experience: Served on the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees and the Westford Democratic Town Committee; elected to the Massachusetts House in 2008 and holds office in Room 134 at the State House.
