Biography
Mark Pocan, born on August 14, 1964, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is a Democratic politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Wisconsin's 2nd congressional district since 2013. Prior to his tenure in Congress, he served 14 years in the Wisconsin State Assembly. A small business owner and union member, Pocan has been a lifelong advocate for progressive causes, focusing on economic and social justice. He resides in the Town of Vermont, Wisconsin, with his husband, Philip Frank.
