Michael Ray Turner, born on January 11, 1960, in Dayton, Ohio, is a Republican politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 10th congressional district since 2013. He previously represented Ohio's 3rd district from 2003 to 2013. Turner has a background in law and local governance, having served as the Mayor of Dayton from 1994 to 2002.
