Biography

Randy K. Weber, Sr., born on July 2, 1953, in Pearland, Texas, is a third-generation Texan and a dedicated public servant representing Texas's 14th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Before his political career, Weber founded and operated Weber’s Air & Heat in 1981, building the business from the ground up with a strong work ethic and practical business sense. He has been married to Brenda Weber, a retired schoolteacher, for over 45 years, and together they have three children and eight grandchildren.

Education

  • Alvin Community College: Completed foundational studies in business.
  • University of Houston–Clear Lake: Earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs in 1978.

Political Experience

  • U.S. House of Representatives: Serving as the Representative for Texas's 14th District since 2013. Weber is a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the Science, Space, and Technology Committee.
  • Texas House of Representatives: Represented District 29 from 2008 to 2012.
