Richard "Rick" W. Allen, born on November 7, 1951, in Augusta, Georgia, is a Republican politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Georgia's 12th Congressional District since 2015. Prior to his political career, Allen founded R.W. Allen & Associates, a construction company based in Augusta, which has significantly contributed to economic development and job creation in the region.

Bachelor of Science in Building Construction: Auburn University School of Architecture and Fine Arts, 1973.

Political Experience

U.S. House of Representatives: Elected in 2014 to represent Georgia's 12th District; re-elected in subsequent terms.
