Biography
Thomas Harold Massie, born on January 13, 1971, in Huntington, West Virginia, is a Republican politician representing Kentucky's 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. He has held this position since November 2012. Prior to his congressional tenure, Massie served as the Judge-Executive of Lewis County, Kentucky, from 2011 to 2012. He is known for his libertarian-leaning principles, often challenging party leadership on issues such as government spending and civil liberties. Massie resides on a cattle farm in Garrison, Kentucky, and was married to his high school sweetheart, Rhonda, with whom he has four children.
