Biography
Victoria Spartz, born Viktoriya Kulheyko on October 6, 1978, in Nosivka, Ukraine, is a Ukrainian-American politician and businesswoman serving as the U.S. Representative for Indiana's 5th congressional district since January 3, 2021. She immigrated to the United States in 2000 after meeting her husband, Jason Spartz, on a train in Europe. They reside in Noblesville, Indiana, with their two daughters. Spartz is a member of the Republican Party.

- Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Kyiv National Economic University, Ukraine.
