To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to establish a community engagement requirement for certain individuals under the Medicaid program.

HR 1279 requires certain Medicaid recipients to engage in 80 hours of work or community service monthly to maintain benefits, promoting self-sufficiency and reducing dependency.
