Biography
Loren Lippincott, born in Central City, Nebraska, is a Republican politician representing District 34 in the Nebraska State Senate. He assumed office on January 4, 2023, succeeding Curt Friesen. Prior to his political career, Lippincott served as an F-16 fighter pilot and instructor in the U.S. Air Force from 1980 to 1990. After his military service, he had a 30-year career as a commercial pilot with Delta Air Lines. Currently, he is involved in farming on his family farm.

- Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska, 1978
Political Experience
- Elected to the Nebraska State Senate representing District 34 in 2022
- Introduced LB3 in January 2025 to restore Nebraska to a winner-take-all system for awarding electoral votes, at the request of Governor Jim Pillen
- Filed a resolution in January 2025 to join states calling for a convention to propose a congressional term limits amendment to the U.S. Constitution
- Proposed legislation in February 2024 to hire an "ethical hacker" to identify vulnerabilities in Nebraska's computer and election systems
- Introduced LB 970 in January 2024 to provide prison administrators the option to carry out the death penalty via nitrogen hypoxia
