Biography
Michael Patrick Guest, born on February 4, 1970, in Woodbury, New Jersey, is an American attorney and Republican politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Mississippi's 3rd Congressional District since 2019. Prior to his congressional tenure, Guest served as the District Attorney for Madison and Rankin Counties from 2008 to 2019. He is a member of Brandon Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon and Sunday school teacher. Guest is married to Haley Kennedy, and they have two sons, Kennedy and Patton.

- Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mississippi State University, 1993
- Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi, 1995
Political Experience
- U.S. House of Representatives : Elected in 2018, Guest has been serving Mississippi's 3rd Congressional District. He is the Chairman of the House Ethics Committee and Vice Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee. Additionally, he is a member of the House Appropriations Committee.
- District Attorney : Served as the District Attorney for Madison and Rankin Counties in Mississippi.
- Assistant District Attorney : Worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Madison and Rankin Counties.
