Biography
Sarah Elfreth, born on September 9, 1988, in Barrington, New Jersey, is a Democratic politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Maryland's 3rd congressional district since January 3, 2025. She previously served as a Maryland State Senator for District 30 from 2019 to 2025, becoming the youngest woman ever elected to the Maryland Senate.
