Biography
Charles Eugene "Chip" Roy, born on August 7, 1972, in Bethesda, Maryland, is a Republican politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Texas's 21st Congressional District since January 3, 2019. The district encompasses parts of South Austin, North San Antonio, and the Texas Hill Country. Roy is married to Carrah, and they have two children, Charlie and Virginia.
