Biography
James Camacho Moylan, born on July 18, 1962, in Tumon, Guam, is a dedicated public servant and the current delegate representing Guam's at-large congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. His election in 2022 marked a historic moment as he became the first Republican to hold this seat in nearly 30 years. Prior to his tenure in Congress, Moylan served as a senator in the 35th and 36th Guam Legislatures from 2019 to 2023. His commitment to public service is further exemplified by his experience as a parole officer at the Guam Department of Corrections and his service as a commissioned officer in the United States Army. Beyond his public roles, Moylan has amassed over two decades of experience in the private sector, including positions in healthcare, financial services, and insurance.
